WE USE CANADIAN-MADE INGREDIENTS IN OUR BEER AND FOOD AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE. WE ALSO TRY TO USE PRODUCTS THAT ARE PRODUCED CLOSE TO REVELSTOKE.

BYPRODUCTS

We produce several byproducts as we manufacture beer. The used grain [Barley, oats, rice] is dropped off at a local farm for use as livestock feed. The yeast we produce is collected and used as fertilizer [it’s high in nitrogen] or in compost. used hops can go into compost as well.
